What a hidden gem in Colony Square; a restaurant that offers good food combined with attentive service in a comfortable environment. The menu changes seasonally so our selection choices for dining my not be the same. We were greeted and seated promptly; reservations are highly recommended. Between the cocktail menu and the variety of wines you will surely find a drink to accompany your meal. My cocktail, Garden of Eden, was well prepared and refreshing. For starter we ordered the Spiced Shrimp Crunch; fresh tasting shrimp, Yummy. My main course, Mushroom Ravioli; a great choice, well balanced flavors and perfect portion for one. My dining partner had the Chimichurri Skirt Steak, and was very happy with his selection. I will definitely patronize this establishment again.

I recently visited Saints and Council American Restaurant on Saturday, August 30th, to celebrate an early birthday with my cousin. Right from the start, I could tell this place is quite popular, especially for outdoor seating, so I'd recommend making a reservation if you're planning to go. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by our server, who promptly took our drink orders. I decided to go with the Coffee Martini, which was a delightful choice, while my cousin opted for the Garden of Eden cocktail. Both drinks were excellent! For appetizers, we couldn't resist trying the Donut Dipper and Biscuit and Jam. Both were freshly made and absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight of our meal. For the main course, I ordered the Avocado Toast, and my cousin chose the Farmhouse Burger. The portions were generous, and both dishes were tasty and satisfying. One more plus: the restaurant has a parking garage, and they offer validation for your ticket, which is super convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic brunch experience and I look forward to returning!

This is a really nice restaurant. I think it is the nicest restaurant within walking distance of the Woodruff Art Museum. It feels like you are in a luxury resort. It is grand and sophisticated. It is luxurious. The host was a little cold, but the server was very friendly. She came to our table several times to check, refill our drinks, give us menu advice, and take care of us. She was really friendly. The plating was very pretty, but the food was not very good.

This was truly one of the best brunch experiences of my life. I went with a group of six others and the accommodations for large parties were easily accessible right from the start. Their brunch offerings for cocktails and dishes were unique and solid. A friend even for the classic espresso martini and it was so well-made. Everyone’s food was impeccable and the cocktails were top-notch.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at Saints + Council! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and inviting. We were lucky to have Mark as our server—his service was absolutely top notch. He made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout the meal. Now the food… unbelievable! We shared the cinnamon cream pancakes, huevos in purgatory, and the braised short rib gratin—each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Every bite felt like a treat, and we left already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a delicious brunch and top-tier service in a great atmosphere!
